José Borghi is Among the Top Most Influential Advertisers In Brazil

José Borghi is the founder of the Old Borghi Lowe currently known as Mullen Lowe Agency. The firm is known for its influential advertising strategies. José Borghi is the creator of the great campaigns such as the Sazón when Zeze di Carmago and Luciana, ‘Is Love,’ became a hit. It remains memorable to date. The other campaign is the Mammals Parmalat where kids dressed like stuffed animals then sang great giggles. He was not sure about pursuing advertising in school or not until his sister invited him to watch a performance in Castro Neves Theater. Her intention was to help him decide on which way to follow. The presentation was on commercial Vts awarded in Cannes. José Borghi from that day decided on his career path even if he wasn’t sure of what future holds for him.

José Borghi was born in Presidente Prudente and graduated from PUC-Campinas where he specialized his career in advertising. In 1989 José Borghi got his first job at Standart Ogilvy before joining other top agencies in the area. The advertising agencies he worked for include Talent and Leo Burnett, FCB as well as DM9/ DDB.He partnered with Erh Ray to open an ad agency known as BorgiErh where at the point of inception they did not have any investor, godfather or even a bank. They worked so hard for the success of the agency before it was bought by Lowe and became Borghi Lowe in 2006. The Brazilian Advertising agency grew from that time gaining more evidence in the local and international market.

The agency later merged with the Mullen Group to form the Mullen Lowe where José Borghi became the Co-CEO with André Gomes. Mullen Lowe Brasil has continued to succeed even in adverse situations, and José Borghi says that it is through their efforts they have come this far.Through the agency, José Borghi and his Co-founder have carried out campaigns for top companies and won several awards. Talk Fusion Is Built To Last

There are certain companies out there that are only a flash in the pan. They have some success in the early stages, but they find it hard to maintain that success all the way through until the end. They can’t keep up with it. They might have had a great idea at the start, but they have run out of steam and they have run out of gas. That has never been a problem for Bob Reina’s Talk Fusion. Ever since they were created and founded by Bob Reina in 2007, they have always been on the cutting edge of creating wonderful products that can change people’s lives.

That is why they are winning awards such as the 2016 Communications Solutions Product of The Year Award from the Technology Marketing Corporation. This was their second award from them in 2016, and it just shows that 2017 is only going to bring Talk Fusion to a whole new level of success. They have what it takes and they have the right people working behind the scenes and in front. Their leader, Bob Reina, the founder and creator, has always known how to see things and make them happen. That is why Talk Fusion has had the type of success it has had.

When it comes to awards, they are never easy to win, that is for sure. It takes a product that is unique, one of a kind, and all its own. That is the case with Talk Fusion’s video chats, video emails, video newsletters, and video conferences. They have all been updated, improved, and expanded. That is a huge reason why Talk Fusion is built to last. It is the kind of company that looks at a great product, and they want to make it amazing. They never feel as though their work is done.

That is the best kind of attitude to have. It can be easy for a company to let awards go to their heads and they become full of themselves and feel like they can do no wrong. Talk Fusion and Bob Reina are still as humble as ever.

Helane Morrison’s Stance Against Greed

Greed is one issue across the globe. While it can be seemingly helpful to people who are looking to succeed, it could also be his downfall. For one thing, greed can cause people to act in ways that are unethical. More often than not, the greedy person is going to have to answer for his actions. The same could be said for corporations with the involvement of compliance officers such as Helane Morrison. She is someone who is not only passionate about what she is doing as a compliance officer but is also effective in what she is doing. Therefore, corporations that are unethical are going to be made to pay for their actions.

The SEC is one of the entities that are required to make sure that corporations are going to act in ways that are ethical. For one thing, when corporations are corrupt in their actions, they make it look bad for other corporations that are actually ethical. Helane Morrison has made sure that not only do the greedy and corrupt corporations pay for their mishandling, but that the more ethical corporations are still recognized as such. One thing that people don’t want is to have customers walk away from the industry.

Throughout her career as a compliance officer, Helane Morrison has been a shining example to the point that they put her in charge of her own groups. She is not only confident but tough. She has seen how rough the industry could be. Therefore, she has made sure that she is willing to make sure that she herself is tough as a compliance officer. For one thing, it can be a hard fight to take on.

A Sense of Purpose and Mystery at the Kabbalah Centre

The Kabbalah Centre

As we explore the purpose and practice of the Kabbala Centre, which came into existence in Los Angeles in 1984 (1), we might well ask: what is Kabbala?

To Define a Mystery That Is At the Soul of The Torah

One definition, offered by, is that Kabbala is an ancient tradition of the Jewish people based upon the Torah. The Kabbalah is a mystical, lyrical, philosophical/theological/traditional system of study that has been said to be the “soul” of the Torah (2).

Kabbala is Jewish tradition that imparts poetic, and some would say cryptic, and tightly-held insights into the nature and essence of God.

Study and Philosophy

The Kabbalah is a system of study and philosophy that leads to an understanding and interpretation of God’s and the individual’s intercommunication with the world.

Sometimes called “the Inner Torah” or the “Wisdom of Truth,” the Kabbalah is thought to offer a look at the purpose and plan for the universe and impart understanding on how the individual may find and connect to that inner wisdom (3).

The All-Powerful, The Personal, and The Universal

The individual who seeks to study and partake of the wisdom of Kabbalah is made aware of the personal, collective, and the Holy that is the light and power that is embodied in the secrets and teachings of the Kabbalah.

Teaching and Wisdom

A part of the appeal of the Kabbala Centre is the practice of inculcating the ancient “soul” of the Torah without the necessity of having to know Hebrew or the Jewish texts, thus opening this knowledge to a wide body of individuals, allowing many to benefit from the Kabbalistic wisdom.

True Learning at the Kabbalah Centre

The Kabbalah Centre is a non profit organization based in Los Angeles, CA that teaches the Zohar and Kabbalistic doctrines online. Founded by Phillip Berg in 1984, it currently has over 500,000 international students that use the online platform to meet with teachers. All educators are qualified and trained to speak about the material; they go through a rigorous admission process to ensure only the finest staff. Historically, the complexity of the Kabbalah made it exclusively available to males over the age of forty. Today, The Kabbalah Centre accepts students of all demographics at a minimal price. Unlike other readings, it is not associated with Hebrew or Jewish texts, which means that all religions are welcomed with open arms.

The list of celebrities that have worked with the Kabbalah Centre is extensive. Notable names include Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, and Madonna. In newspapers and interviews on national television, they have praised the institution’s professionalism and concentration on mental stability. Finding the essence of God through light is a core element of Kabbalah. Using astrology to discern between cosmic forces and harness their powers is another concept. Finally, biblical passages such as Passage of the Red Sea are fundamental excerpts that are relevant to any approach. While there is a core curriculum, one amazing feature about Kabbalah is its personal narrative for each learner. The ability to set one’s own goals, path, and intentions makes the practice very appealing to any individual who cares about the self.

In addition to schools in America, the Kabbalah Centre exists in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Critics praise the institution’s balance between sanctity and practicality. In the coming years, look for more influential figures to pursue this incredible discipline.

AIG Under Fire Over Alleged Breach Of Contract

The New Hampshire Insurance Company, also referred to as AIG Insurance, has been sued by the previous owners of NBA franchise Atlanta Hawks. The insurers have been accused of breach of contract by, Danny Ferry, the former general manager of the Atlanta Hawks Basketball and Entertainment LLC (AHBE). According to AHBE, AIG should compensate them for losses incurred since the company was covered for any financial loss arising from certain employment practice work incidences comprising of, but not limited to Workplace Torts and Wrongful Termination. AHBE termed the lawsuit as civil action resulting from insurance bad faith and breach of contract on the part of the insurance company.

The lawsuit demands settlement for incurred losses under the breach of contract claim. AHBE states that AIG actively refused to defend the policy during talks between the franchise and AHBE. AIG also declined to acknowledge that the claim has been triggered. Atlanta Hawks current ownership admitted that they know about the claim and clarified that the current ownership was not involved in any of it. Danny Ferry and his team want an extra 50% of unpaid settlement funds plus all attorney related costs and fees. The insurance company did give any response to the lawsuit. Danny Ferry’s AHBE groups also included former club owner Bruce Levenson, The lawsuit was filed on September 13 at the Fulton County Superior Court.

The Rift Between Relmada Therapeutics and Laidlaw & Company

At the beginning of 2016, a well-known clinical state company filed an amended complaint against Laidlaw & Company. This company is Relmada Therapeutics, Inc. which develops novel therapies for treating chronic pain. It happened in the District of Nevada where Relmada Therapeutics, Inc. filed the complaint in the United States District Court. In my opinion, this motion is a part of the lawsuit which Relmada Therapeutics, Inc. earlier filed in the same court. It is based on the breach of duty by Laidlaw & Company. Relmada claims that Laidlaw intentionally disclosed the confidential information which it received as Relmada’s investor. What more I came to know is that Relmada also seeks financial damages which it is facing due to this lawsuit. Relmada claims that in the December 2015, Laidlaw used misleading and false documents about their company.

I also found out that Nevada District Court earlier issued a restraining order prohibiting Laidlaw’s principals’—James Ahern and Matthew Eitner—for spreading misleading and false proxy materials. My opinion is that the Board of the Directors of Relmada believes that they suffered due to the actions of Laidlaw. Therefore, the UK-based investment company must compensate them for the all the damages, and it must be prevented from bothering them afterward.

I am quite surprised to know this information because Laidlaw & Company enjoys a great repute. They are providing transparent and independent financial advice for over one hundred and seventy years. Many institutional and individual clients seek their services for alternative and traditional investment solutions. Laidlaw has offices in Europe and the United States with a staff of over one hundred and fifty people. The FINRA registration and dual FAC authorization allows Laidlaw to serve global clients, pursue new businesses and develop relationships. I like the entrepreneurial culture and strong work ethics of this firm, but what it has done to Relmada is regretful.

Ex-Hawks Owners Sue Insurance Company Over Ferry Dismissal:

It has been over a year-and-a-half since the former ownership group of the Atlanta Hawks dismissed General Manager Danny Ferry. Still, controlling partner Bruce Levenson and his fellow ex-owners are dealing with the fallout. The latest issue involves a lawsuit filed by the group against New Hampshire Insurance Group, also known as AIG. The suit, filed in Fulton County Superior Court, claims a breach of contract on the part of AIG.

According to, Ferry was dismissed in June of 2015 as Hawks GM by Levenson’s ownership group, Atlanta Hawks Basketball and Entertainment LLC (AHBE) following a buyout of Ferry’s contract. Levenson and his group claim they were covered by AIG for losses that occurred from certain employee actions, including claims of wrongful termination. The lawsuit by AHBE claims AIG refused to acknowledge the policy and failed to pay the costs of the settlement with Ferry.

AIG officials have refused to comment on the matter. Officials with the Atlanta Hawks stated the lawsuit has nothing to do with the current ownership group, and will not comment on it.

Levenson is a graduate of American University law school in Washington D.C. He started out as a newspaper reporter before founding United Communications Group. In 2004, Levenson formed the group then known as Atlanta Spirit LLC to purchase the Hawks. In 2015, the team was sold to a group led by equity fund manager Anthony Ressler.
