Dr Rod Rohrich grew up in a small town in North Dakota where he graduated from high school with honors and then absolved his graduate and undergraduate degree at North Dakota State University and the University of North Dakota. He then went on to medical school at Baylor College of Medicine and completed surgical fellowships in Michigan and Massachusetts. After completing his education, Rohrich relocated to Dallas, Texas and has since become one of the top plastic surgeons in the nation.
In Dallas, Dr Rod Rohrich is especially known for and sought after as a rhinoplasty surgeon. Something that sets Rohrich apart from other surgeons is his extreme attention to detail as well as his concern for the safety of his patients. This importance of safety has led him to make many contributions to the surgical field by introducing new and more detailed training for medical students. He has also come up with groundbreaking techniques that make surgeries more safe and effective. These techniques improve the outcome of countless procedures such as breast augmentation, face lifts and more.
Dr Rod Rohrich’s innovative ideas and fair treatment of his patients has led him to receive many awards and praise and enabled him to work in positions of leadership for over 20 years. He is currently the president of The Rhinoplasty Society and a Teaching Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
